STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES:

1). Click New, and name it.

2). Find which folder you placed the OS installer and then select it click "Next"

3). Next, select the amount of recommended memory size 

4). Click Settings, find "Storage" then click "Empty" and choose "Choose/Create a Virtual Optical Disk" and click your OS file, finally you're done you can now use the OS as you want, Click Start to begin.
